\n Forma y h\u00e1bito: Los cristales son alargados, paralelos al eje b. Maclas seg\u00fan {100}. Granular entre fino y grueso. Tambi\u00e9n fibroso. Estriaci\u00f3n paralela a eje b.\n<\/p>\n

Propiedades f\u00edsicas: <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n Color: Epidota: verde, amarillo verdoso y negro. Clinozoisita: verde p\u00e1lido a gris.\n<\/p>\n

\n Exfoliaci\u00f3n: perfecta seg\u00fan {001} e imperfecta seg\u00fan {100}.\n<\/p>\n

\n Fractura irregular.\n<\/p>\n

\n Raya: Gris.\n<\/p>\n

\n Brillo: V\u00edtreo.\n<\/p>\n

\n Dureza: H <\/strong>6 – 7\n<\/p>\n

\n Peso espec\u00edfico: G <\/strong>3,25 \u2013 3,45 g\/cm3<\/sup>\n<\/p>\n

Composici\u00f3n:<\/strong> Una soluci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida completa, que se extiende desde la clinozoisita (Al:Fe3+<\/sup> = 3:0) a la epidota (Al:Fe3+<\/sup> = 2:1).\n<\/p>\n
